Orders And Checkout
Cart items are grouped by business because each seller manages their own checkout and WhatsApp communication. Checkout via WhatsApp will send order information to the relevant seller when activated.
Payments And Delivery
Payment methods, delivery fees, preparation times, and collection arrangements may differ by seller. Customers should only pay after confirming the final order details with the seller.
Returns And Custom Items
Return, exchange, and cancellation rules may vary between sellers. Custom, personalised, edible, hygiene-sensitive, or made-to-order products may have stricter return limits.
